When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you provide: first and last name, work email, phone number (optional), company name, your message, and your consent choices. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and communicate with you about it. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send you occasional updates about Rulebound — you can withdraw that at any time.

How it is stored and who processes it

Your submission is stored in our own database hosted on Cloudflare, which we use for this website's hosting and bot protection. Cloudflare acts as our service provider and processes the data only to run this website. We do not send your details to any third-party email, marketing, or form-processing service, and we do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to maintain our business relationship — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under India's DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email us at founders@rulebound.ai.
